The Thomadaki project is a custom bilingual website and content management system for Sileia Thomadaki School of Foreign Languages in Vyronas, Athens.
The website presents the school’s philosophy, educational levels, examination programmes, activities, team and authentic Google reviews through a warm editorial design language built around expressive typography, deep teal tones and carefully selected photography.
The platform includes Greek and English versions across all public pages, a structured CMS for pages and collections, media management, editable testimonials, gallery content, videos, programmes, statistics and certification logos.
An AI chatbot (Groq) was integrated into the website to provide immediate assistance to visitors in Greek and English. It can answer common questions about the school, programmes, examinations, opening hours, contact details and enrolment-related information, while also directing visitors to the appropriate contact channels when human assistance is needed.
The contact experience was designed as a complete communication flow. Visitors can submit an enquiry through the website and receive a branded confirmation email, while the school receives the enquiry notification at its business email address.
The project also includes a redesigned mobile navigation, responsive gallery viewer, Google review call-to-actions, SEO metadata, sitemap.xml, robots.txt and llms.txt endpoints, together with a production-ready MySQL database architecture and role-based administration.
